Standard Free ‘Mainland UK’ Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day and delivered in 1-3 working days.
(*Excludes Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands – see below.)

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day and delivered in 2-3 working days.

Standard Free ‘Highlands & Islands & Channel Islands’ Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day and delivered in 2-5 working days.
Includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us, unworn in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund of the amount you paid for the item. Goods which have been worn, used, altered or damaged will NOT be accepted for return. 


When returning your items to us, please include a copy of your original invoice and ensure you use a recorded form of delivery (Please make sure you are using a separate box to put the shoe box in). If the item is lost in the post, regrettably we will be unable to process a refund. Once we have received the good into our warehouse, they will be quality checked and a refund made to the original card used to purchase. Please allow up to 28 days from date of posting for your refund to be processed. In most cases, it will be done faster!
